How we went from big tech power users to “there has to be a better way”

When we first started running social for clients, we did what everyone else did: we jumped on Buffer and Hootsuite.

We plugged in every account, set up queues and tags and workflows… and within the first year our account reps were telling us we were in their top 1% most active users.

On paper, that sounded great. In reality, a few things started to grate:

What terms and conditions apply?

General

All users must agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Data Processing Agreement before using the platform.

All prices shown are per user, per 30-day billing cycle. Multi-user discounts are available – please contact us for details.

Subscriptions are billed every 30 days via Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. We don’t offer partial refunds. If you cancel mid-cycle, your account stays active until the end of the 30-day period, after which it will deactivate and no further charges will be applied.

Some plans carry minimum contract terms and minimum user numbers.

If you cancel a plan with a fixed term early, we reserve the right to collect the remaining contract balance.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

When your subscription ends, your account will be deactivated. We retain your data and content for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

Do you guarantee 100% uptime?

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but occasional maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

How does ‘unlimited’ usage work?

“Unlimited” features (e.g. posts, scheduling, account connections) are subject to fair use.

We may intervene if automated or excessive activity affects platform performance or other users.

Can features change over time?

Yes. We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.
Where possible, we’ll notify you in advance.

Do your prices ever change?

Pricing may change in the future. If we update our fees, we’ll always notify you before any new charges apply.

Kickstarter

We will create up to 100 social media posts and provide up to 100 relevant royalty-free images.

This includes royalty-free videos where appropriate; the final mix is at our discretion.

Kickstarter includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions or content requests may incur extra charges.

Kickstarter requires: A minimum 6-month contract term, and a minimum of 5 users.

Bespoke

Bespoke plans are fully customised based on your organisation’s needs.

Each plan includes: A 12-month minimum contract term, and a minimum user requirement (this depends on complexity of solution required).

Any work outside the agreed monthly scope or custom development requirements may incur additional charges. These will always be agreed in writing before work begins.

Support

For all plans, general support is provided via email. Priority or dedicated support is available through our Bespoke plans.
